Job summary

Henkel Ltda in Makati is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist (Order Entry) for a 1-year project based role. You will support SAP data harmonization, validate orders, and assist with go-live activities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will collaborate with Master Data, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure data accuracy and process readiness, while working a day shift in a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience with SAP Order Entry is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support master data preparation and harmonization for SAP sales area standardization.
• Conduct testing and UAT to ensure correct order entry and master data functionality.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support during transition to new SAP structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust automation and master data changes.
• Contribute to Project 51 by promoting a standardized customer service model.
