Manatal in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, the sales team, and product development. You will manage product information and enter customer orders into SAP, verifying and balancing orders by event.

Key duties include data/order entry, handling inquiries, processing orders and payments, issuing memos, and maintaining accurate customer profiles. Strong communication, problem solving, and time management are essential to ensure quality service.

Formación

• Data/Order Entry experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• ERP system experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer inquiries via mail, in-person, and telephone about account status, product and price information.
• Process orders and payments; enter data in the SAP system.
• Generate credit/adjustment memos as needed.
• Facilitate returns process.
• Set up new products and prepare quotations.
• Maintain customer profiles and notes in SAP.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction surveys.
• Make order adjustments by crediting and re-invoicing items as needed.
• Resolve customer problems/discrepancies promptly and tactfully.
