Job summary

Qualifications

• Data/Order Entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via mail, in-person, and telephone about account status, product and price information.
• Process orders and payments; enter data in the SAP system.
• Generate credit/adjustment memos as needed.
• Facilitate returns process.
• Set up new products and prepare quotations.
• Maintain customer profiles and notes in SAP.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction surveys.
• Make order adjustments by crediting and re-invoicing items as needed.
• Resolve customer problems/discrepancies promptly and tactfully.
