Job summary

EY Philippines, Global Delivery Services, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead SAP HCM Payroll initiatives and optimize payroll processes across regions. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to implement best practices, address complex payroll issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role includes mentoring junior staff and guiding multi‑country payroll configurations. You’ll work within EY’s diverse, inclusive culture, supporting clients with high‑quality service while advancing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP HCM experience including minimum 2 end-to-end payroll implementations.
• Experience configuring wage types, schemas and PCRs.
• Knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll.
• Ability to configure tax requirements for multiple countries (US/UK/Canada/Australia/Dubai/NZ).
• Strong leadership and excellent business communication skills.
• BE/BTech/MCA degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects as technical leader.
• Drive business transformation / managed services tracks for SAP engagements.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and finalize to-be designs.
• Deliver configuration, functional specs, unit and integration test scripts.
• Coordinate with onsite coordinators and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Mentor project team and provide regular status updates to management.
