Job summary

EY in Manila seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to drive end-to-end compensation projects within the Talent IT Service Delivery group. You will mentor consultants, coordinate discovery through deployment, and collaborate with the Project Manager, QA, and Support teams to deliver global solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central, RBPs, integrations, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship mgmt in a tech environment.
• 5+ years implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, data models, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with compensation configuration, business rules, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor consultants through complex project lifecycles.
• Serve as primary contact for Compensation projects from discovery to deployment and support.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants across lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
