Job summary

EY Philippines seeks a Senior Payroll Central Coordination professional to join the Payroll Operate Services team. You will collaborate with the operations lead and global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure payrolls are delivered on time and according to contractual requirements across APAC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll coordination experience across APAC countries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with payroll governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations lead on daily activities, project management, escalations, and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure timely and compliant payroll deliveries across APAC.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Manage client escalations and advise Payroll leadership on potential risks.
• Maintain communications with clients and EY local teams.
• Assist with contracting requirements and variations in scope.
• Assist with monthly financials such as budgets and invoicing.
• Prepare and report to clients on agreed SLA’s.
