Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to join the Global Delivery Services, based in Taguig. You will configure Workforce Software modules, support end-to-end payroll processes, and collaborate with global clients across US, LATAM and EMEA.

The role requires 5+ years in Workforce Software implementations and 3+ years in global payroll advisory, plus PT101 and PT102 certifications. Travel may be required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Implementations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in global payroll advisory or global payroll delivery models
• Workforce Software Certifications: PT101 – Workforce Software Fundamentals (Mandatory)
• PT102 – Workforce Software T&A Configuration Certification (Mandatory)
• Proven hands-on experience in Workforce Software configuration and integration using Workforce Policy Editor
• Strong understanding of Workforce Software business processes
• Experience with global clients across US, LATAM, and EMEA regions
• Experience managing Exempt and Non-Exempt employee policy profiles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Client-focused mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Workforce Software modules per business requirements
• End-to-end configuration for core processes, policy profiles, and business process frameworks
• Assist in testing cycles, data validation, issue resolution, and production support
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and organizational standards
• Drive client communication and delivery cadence; manage risks and stakeholder feedback across global locations
