Job summary

EY in the Philippines seeks a Payroll Central Coordination Senior to join Payroll Operate Services. The role requires 3+ years of payroll coordination across APAC countries and strong attention to detail to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.

You will partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams, create control documentation, manage client communications, and assist with monthly financials and reporting to clients on SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the operations lead in daily activities such as project management, resolution of escalations, and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure payrolls are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Deal with client escalations and advise Payroll leadership on potential risks.
• Manage communications with client and EY local teams.
• Assist with contracting requirements such as variations and change requests.
• Assist monthly financials such as budgets and issuing invoices.
• Prepare and report to clients on agreed SLAs.
• Maintain access for clients and EY teams to platforms used in engagements.
• Prepare annual calendars for global payroll clients.
• Prepare consolidated reports for delivery to clients (e.g., monthly tax files).
• Assist with issue resolution with local teams and client communications.
• Maintain and update issue logs for each engagement.
• Request information from local countries on stock vesting and consolidate for client.
• Prepare project plans and weekly status updates.
• Assist with other ad hoc requests as they come up.
