EY Philippines is seeking a Payroll Operate Services: Payroll Central Coordination Senior to join our team. You will coordinate payroll activities across APAC regions, ensuring timely, high-quality payroll delivery in line with service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll coordination, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with global teams and clients, contributing to accurate financial reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations lead on project management, escalations, and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Payroll teams to ensure timely, high-quality payroll delivery per SLAs.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Address client escalations and advise Payroll leadership on potential payroll risks.
• Manage communications with the client and EY local teams.
• Assist with contracting requirements such as Variations in scope and Change Requests.
• Assist with monthly financials: budgets and invoicing.
• Prepare and report to clients on agreed SLA’s.
• Maintain client and EY access to relevant platforms.
• Prepare annual calendars for global payroll clients.
• Prepare consolidated reports for delivery to client, e.g. monthly tax file.
• Assist with issue resolution and client communications.
• Maintain and update issue logs for each engagement.
• Request information from local countries on stock vesting and consolidate responses.
• Prepare project plans and weekly status updates.
• Assist with ad hoc requests as they arise.
