Job summary

EY’s Global Delivery Services in the Philippines seeks a highly experienced SAP Functional Consultant – HCM Manager. You will lead SAP HCM design, configuration, and optimization, guiding a team to deliver high-quality HR solutions aligned to business goals.

You’ll collaborate with HR, IT and Finance to identify improvements, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines, driving HR transformation across EY’s enterprise ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP as Functional Consultant with HCM/ECP exposure.
• Strong knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management and Portal (ESS/MSS).
• Experience with Payroll application development and interface implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM implementations from design to support, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and Finance to drive process improvements and timely delivery.
