• Collaborate with operations lead on daily activities such as project management and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure timely, high-quality payroll delivery per contractual SLAs.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Advise Payroll leadership on potential risks arising from client escalations.
