Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in payroll coordination across APAC countries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and systems literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations lead on daily activities including project management and payroll governance.
• Coordinate with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure timely delivery of payrolls.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Manage client and EY local team communications and escalate risks as needed.
• Prepare budgets, issue invoices, and report on SLAs to clients.
