Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Sales Network related products and drive cross-functional delivery across Product, Sales, Online, Operations, IT and Risk teams. You will translate business needs into clear roadmaps, validate business cases, and monitor launches to improve customer acquisition and channel productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles in financial services.
Experience shaping product roadmaps, requirements, business cases, and launches.
Proven ability to improve customer acquisition and sales network productivity.

Responsibilities

Conduct competitor analysis, market monitoring, and identify gaps across POS and sales channels.
Manage and support the product roadmap for Sales Network related products and processes.
Coordinate with multiple departments to define requirements and validate business cases.
Support product launches, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Track performance metrics such as loan/product volumes and revenue contribution.
Provide regular insights and recommendations to Sales leadership.
