Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading a product or functional team.
• Experience mentoring and managing team performance.
• Hands-on experience launching and managing new product features.

• Strong project management with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates integrity and ownership over work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a functional team, aligning product initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end product features from concept to post-deployment evaluation.
• Drive continuous process optimization and innovative growth within the team.
• Collaborate with Shopee Group units, Regional PMs, and developers to optimize customer journeys.
• Coordinate with multiple business teams (Budget & Planning, Bank Partnerships, Wallet Infra, Analytics, Ops, Frauds).
• Perform additional duties as needed.
