Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to optimize the Sales Network's performance, governance, and product execution. You will partner across Product, Sales, Online, Operations, IT, Risk, Finance and Legal to define requirements and deliver initiatives that boost customer acquisition and channel productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales performance, business development, or related roles.
• Strong product management and development experience including roadmap planning and post-launch monitoring.
• Experience creating and improving products, services, or channel programs to boost customer acquisition and productivity.
• High analytical skills to interpret customer, market, and portfolio data for opportunities and improvements.
• Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Network performance, market monitoring, and governance to identify opportunities and risks across POS and sales channels.
• Analyze POS ranking, sales velocity trends, and channel-level indicators to support data-driven decisions.
• Support risk management frameworks and monitor high-risk POS and abnormal behaviors for compliance.
• Manage and support the product roadmap for Sales Network related products and features.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Online, Operations, IT, Risk, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to define requirements and implement initiatives.
• Track product performance indicators such as customer volumes, loan volumes, revenue contribution, and adoption of new features.
