Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth with key retail partners in the CD segment, building long-term relationships and onboarding new clients.

You will define strategies to increase productivity, monitor dealer performance, and collaborate with Marketing to create promotions. The role requires strong data analysis, MS Office skills, and a solid understanding of the Philippine retail financing landscape.

Qualificações

• Experience in account management or territory sales (≥3 years).
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good understanding of retail market dynamics in the Philippines.
• Ability to build and sustain long-term retailer relationships.
• Experience with business reviews/presentations (monthly/quarterly).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and penetrate key account partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and strategic growth initiatives.
• Define strategies to increase productivity in the CD business.
• Monitor dealer performance and propose action plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and partnerships.
