Qualifications

• Formulates and implements strategies to accelerate business growth by identifying untapped customer groups, exploring new territories, and developing additional distribution channels that support long-term expansion.
• Oversees the creation, improvement, and management of financial products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that solutions remain competitive, regulatory-compliant, customer-focused, and consistent with organizational goals.
• Conducts market research, evaluates competitor activities, and analyzes customer preferences and behavioral patterns to generate insights that support product positioning, pricing decisions, and business growth initiatives.
• Manages the implementation of new products and market expansion programs by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, while evaluating key performance indicators and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
• Works closely with Business Unit Heads, Finance, Risk, and Operations to assess product feasibility, financial returns, risk considerations, and operational preparedness, while providing execution teams with effective product direction and business strategies.
• Evaluates product and portfolio performance by reviewing business volume, revenue generation, and risk measures, and develops initiatives to strengthen customer acquisition, improve retention, increase market penetration, and maximize profitability.
