Job summary

Nexford University is hiring a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist to work remotely from the Philippines, aligning shifts to US time zones. You will drive enrollments with a base salary of 70,000 PHP per month plus commissions and participate in a full-cycle sales process for international learners.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and guide learners to Nexford programs while maintaining quality standards and meeting enrollment targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience.
• Must own and close the full sales cycle, not just lead generation.
• At least 2 years in Education or EdTech sales.
• Experience selling to US market customers in a B2C setup.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing the enrollment.
• Handle inbound, outbound calls and follow-ups to convert leads.
• Understand learner goals and recommend Nexford programs.
• Manage pipeline across channels and respond within SLAs.
• Aim to exceed enrollment and revenue targets and improve call quality.
