Nexford University is seeking a remote B2C Outbound Sales Specialist. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective learners toward Nexford programs, and balance enrollment targets with QA standards.

The role requires extensive experience in end-to-end sales, especially in Education or EdTech, and the ability to work US hours from the Philippines. You’ll be part of a globally distributed team, reporting to the Sales Team Lead, with a base salary of 70,000 PHP per month plus

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience in education or EdTech.
• 2+ years of sales experience in Education or EdTech.
• Experience selling to US customers in a B2C environment is required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a KPI-driven role.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing enrollments.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a phone-first approach.
• Identify high-priority leads and tailor recommendations to learner goals.
• Follow up persistently and manage pipeline across channels.
• Ensure quality by QA call marking and meeting SLAs.
