Ideal candidates have 3+ years in end-to-end outbound telesales, with EdTech exposure and US market experience. You must work US business hours and be based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience, including prospecting, handling objections, follow-up and closing.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in Education or EdTech is required.
• Previous experience selling to customers in the US market is required, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 80% of your day on calls — outbound, inbound, and follow-up.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment close.
• Convert high-priority leads by understanding learners’ goals and recommending Nexford programs.
• Follow up persistently and adapt your approach until a decision is made.
• Manage your pipeline across channels and respond within SLAs.
• Aim to exceed enrollment and revenue targets and maintain quality standards.
