Job summary

Nexford University is seeking a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist to work remotely from the Philippines. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, guide learners to Nexford programs, and balance enrollment targets with quality through QA call marking. This is a highly targeted, consultative role in a global EdTech environment.

You will engage US and international markets, own the full sales cycle, and contribute to growth with a demanding, KPI-driven mindset and resilient selling skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience, including prospecting, conducting sales conversations, handling objections, follow-up, and closing deals.
• Hands-on experience owning and closing the full sales cycle, not just lead generation.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Education or EdTech.
• Experience selling to US customers, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in KPI-driven settings and owning your numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing enrollments.
• Manage high-priority leads and convert them by understanding learners' goals.
• Follow up persistently and adapt approach to drive decisions.
• Handle calls across outbound, inbound, and follow-up with SLA adherence.
• Review interactions to maintain and improve team QA standards.
