Nexford University is seeking a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist to drive enrollments from a global audience while working remotely from the Philippines. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, guiding learners to Nexford programs that fit their goals, with a phone-first approach and strict QA standards.

You’ll work US business hours, align with US time zones, and earn a base of 70,000 PHP per month plus commission, in a full-time contractor arrangement.

Formación

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience with full cycle ownership.
• 2+ years in Education or EdTech sales.
• Experience selling to US customers, B2C preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Based in the Philippines and available to work US business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• 80% of the day on calls: outbound, inbound, follow-up.
• Own full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Convert high-priority leads by aligning Nexford programs with learner goals.
• Persistently follow up and adapt approach until a decision is made.
• Manage pipeline and respond within SLAs.
• Exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
• Review calls to maintain quality standards.
