• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience with closing the full cycle.
• At least 2 years in Education or EdTech sales.
• Experience selling to US customers in a B2C environment.

Responsabilidades

• 80% of the day on calls—outbound, inbound, and follow-up.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing enrollment.
• Convert high-priority leads by aligning Nexford programs to learner goals.
• Persistently follow up and adapt approach to reach a decision.
• Manage pipeline across channels and respond within SLAs.
• Exceed enrollment and revenue targets; review calls for quality.
