Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and develop the business portfolio, reporting to the Marketing Head and supervising Marketing Assistants. Based in Metro Manila, you will drive new client accounts and manage existing portfolios to hit volume targets.

You will engage clients, prepare call reports, secure pre-approval and KYC documents, and write credit information for committee reviews. Strong communication and financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a 4-year business-related course.
• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience in finance and leasing.
• Strong financial analysis and credit review understanding.
• Excellent communication across diverse client backgrounds.
• Willing to be based in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new client accounts and manage existing portfolios to meet volume targets.
• Conduct client calls, prepare detailed call reports, and secure KYC documents.
• Present credit assessments to committees and address analysts' queries.
