RCBC in Makati seeks a professional to generate new commercial loans and develop the existing portfolio while maintaining asset quality and profitability. You will manage client relationships and market bank products within policy and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires evaluating credit facilities, conducting site visits, and identifying opportunities to expand deposits and collateral business, with a focus on profitable growth and strong customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience evaluating credit facilities and client profitability.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and portfolios.
• Capable of recommending credit facilities per bank policies and regulations.
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new commercial loans for the Bank and develop the portfolio.
• Conduct credit evaluations including client calls and site visits.
• Recommend credit facilities aligned with bank priorities and policies.
• Improve loan portfolio quality and maximize returns on resources.
• Expand existing relationships by annual reviews and cross-selling deposits and collateral business.
