Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow the business portfolio and achieve volume targets. You will report to the Marketing Head and supervise Marketing Assistants, driving client acquisition and credit evaluation.

You will conduct client calls, gather KYC docs, prepare write-ups, and present to committees to determine credit worthiness. A business degree and 3–5 years in financial services are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a 4-year business-related course.
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit review processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop RLFC’s business portfolio to meet volume targets.
• Lead business development and client engagement across portfolios.
• Prepare lease approvals, write-ups, and present analyses to approval committees.
