RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and develop the business portfolio, reporting to the Marketing Head and supervising Marketing Assistants. Based in Metro Manila, you will drive new client accounts and manage existing portfolios to hit volume targets.

You will engage clients, prepare call reports, secure pre-approval and KYC documents, and write credit information for committee reviews. Strong communication and financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a 4-year business-related course.
• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience in finance and leasing.
• Strong financial analysis and credit review understanding.
• Excellent communication across diverse client backgrounds.
• Willing to be based in Metro Manila.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and developing RLFC’s business portfolio to achieve assigned volume targets. This role reports directly to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

How You Will Contribute

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Initiate new client accounts, manage existing portfolios, and cultivate leads generated through various RCBC business units to secure client referrals.
• Client Engagement & Assessment: Conduct client calls, prepare detailed call reports, handle inquiries promptly, and secure all pre-approval requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to build complete credit folders.
• Credit Evaluation & Committee Presentation: Write lease approvals and business information write-ups, address financial analysts' queries during reviews, and present assessments to the appropriate approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.
