RCBC in Metro Manila seeks a Commercial Loans Officer to generate new loans and grow the existing portfolio while ensuring asset quality and profitability. You will establish lasting client relationships, market bank products, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce, with 2 years banking experience or 5 years in other industries, and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; MBA/MA preferred.
• Two years banking experience or five years in other industries.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generates new commercial loans for the bank and expands the loan portfolio.
• Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and site visits.
• Recommends credit facilities aligned with bank policies and client profitability.
• Enhances loan portfolio quality and bank returns while maintaining asset quality.
• Develops relationships with customers and markets bank products and services.
