You will review and endorse credit proposals and present to the appropriate approval bodies.

The role requires 10 years in credit analysis and account management, with proven leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic planning capabilities.

Qualificações

• Ten years of industry experience in credit analysis and account management.
• Working knowledge of credit analysis, bank products, banking regulations, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Decision-making capabilities for risk and client outcomes.
• Excellent organization and planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors marketing plans and budgets aligned with annual targets.
• Oversees RM marketing and account management activities and cross-selling efforts.
• Directly manages key SME accounts and pursues new business opportunities.
• Supervises RM performance, reviews monthly results, and identifies improvement plans.
• Ensures accuracy of credit proposals and adherence to policies; presents to senior committees.
