Job summary

RCBC seeks a Commercial Loans Officer to drive new loan generation and develop the existing portfolio. You will provide professional account management to meet growth and profitability targets while maintaining asset quality and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include credit evaluation, facility recommendations per policy, and cross-selling bank products while expanding deposits and collateral businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce; post-graduate degree preferred.
• Two years banking industry experience or five years in other industries.
• Knowledge of trade payments/regulations; account profitability analysis; credit approval preparation.

Responsibilities

• Generates new commercial loans and expands the loan portfolio.
• Performs credit evaluation, client calls, and site inspections.
• Recommends credit facilities per policy by analyzing client business, financials, collateral, and profitability.
• Improves loan portfolio quality and maximizes returns on resources.
• Solicits accounts by identifying target markets and marketing bank products; increases deposits and collateral business.
