Job summary

You will collaborate with C-Suite and functional heads to forecast workforce needs, optimize ATS workflows, and implement data-backed sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets and business demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Business.
• 5+ years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Experience with analytics and data dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the full-cycle recruitment team against SLAs.
• Collaborate with C-suite and heads to balance forecasting and planning.
• Optimize ATS and recruitment software for dashboards and automation.
• Design data-driven hiring strategies for niche tech and regional roles.
• Standardize behavioral interviewing, screening, and offering processes.
