Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment of highly skilled technical talent for a telecommunications organization.

The role partners with business leaders and hiring managers to forecast needs, design sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines across Network Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure, ensuring timely hires and high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 6–8 years in recruitment or talent acquisition with technical focus.
• At least 2–3 years in recruitment leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong experience in technical recruitment, direct sourcing, talent mapping, and executive hiring.
• Experience recruiting for telecommunications, IT, engineering, and tech environments.
• Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for technical, engineering, IT, and related roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
• Lead talent mapping and market intelligence to build pipelines.
• Oversee candidate screening, technical assessments, and interviews.
• Ensure targets, SLAs, and quality of hire are met.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to Recruitment Specialists.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and produce regular hiring updates.
