Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6–8 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with tech exposure.
• 2–3 years in leadership or managerial recruitment roles.
• Experience with telecommunications, IT, engineering or similar tech environments.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for technical roles including network, IT and engineering.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, niche positions.
• Build talent pipelines through mapping, market intel and campaigns.
• Oversee screening, technical assessments, and interview processes.
• Manage Recruitment Specialists and monitor KPIs like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and compensation considerations.
