Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig City is seeking an HR Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition planning, and hiring operations to support manpower needs in a technology-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience in tech or IT, at least 5 years in recruitment and 3 years in management, with strong leadership and communication skills to build pipelines and partner with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Must have recruitment experience from a Tech or IT company.
• At least 5 years of Recruitment experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
• Strong background in technical and corporate hiring.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles
• Manage recruitment team performance and hiring deliverables
• Coordinate with business leaders on manpower planning requirements
• Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Generate recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics
