Job summary

PM Consulting in Pasig is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for technical and IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive offers with a focus on a positive candidate experience.

This onsite, full-time role requires strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely onboarding while maintaining accurate records across recruitment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical vacancies.
• Background recruiting IT/technology/technical roles.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidates.
• Strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience recruiting within the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Candidate Screening: Manage multiple technical and IT vacancies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, including complex scheduling.
• Offer Management: Prepare and facilitate job offers and explain benefits to candidates.
• Pre-Onboarding & Endorsement: Coordinate pre-employment requirements and endorse candidates for onboarding.
• Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement: Maintain recruitment data and identify workflow improvements.
• General: Support initiatives to strengthen the organization’s presence in the tech talent market.
