Job summary

PM Consulting, Pasig City, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for managerial and specialized roles in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment. You will source, engage passive candidates and help shape hiring strategy, balancing automation with human judgment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, leadership of junior recruiters, and building scalable, tech-enabled processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive search or headhunting.
Proven outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
Strong Boolean search, X-ray search, and sourcing automation knowledge.
Comfortable with AI recruiting tools and technologies.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruitment for managerial, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
Plan outbound sourcing using advanced methods, including Boolean and X-ray searches, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and deep LinkedIn/GitHub sourcing.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive candidates.
Screen candidates and conduct behavioral interviews for technical and cultural fit.
Lead structured interviews and debriefs with hiring managers.
Leverage AI tools to scale recruitment and improve candidate experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders and track metrics in the ATS/CRM.
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
