• Strong sourcing, market intelligence, and operations background.
• Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing operations team to deliver qualified pipelines.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, portals, social media, referrals, and events.
• Partner with Recruitment Managers to understand workforce planning.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis in Tech/IT.
• Drive process improvements and reduce sourcing turnaround times.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and effectiveness metrics.
• Build passive candidate networks for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and privacy policies.
• Mentor and develop sourcing specialists to raise team performance.
