Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll coordination experience across APAC countries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Proficient computer skills and payroll systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations lead on daily activities including project management and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure timely, high-quality payrolls per SLAs.
• Create and maintain control documentation, process flows and procedures.
• Advise Payroll leadership on risks from client escalations.
• Manage communications with the client and EY local teams.
• Assist with contracting requirements, variations, and change notes.
• Assist with monthly financials such as budgets and invoices.
• Prepare and report to clients on SLAs and calendars.
• Maintain access for clients and EY teams to relevant platforms.
• Prepare annual calendars for global payroll clients.
• Prepare consolidated reports for clients (e.g., monthly consolidated tax file).
• Resolve issues with local teams and communicate with clients; maintain issue logs.
• Request information from local countries regarding payroll delivery and consolidate responses.
