EY in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Central Coordination Manager to lead payroll operations across APAC, ensuring timeliness and accuracy aligned with service levels.

You will collaborate with global payroll teams, manage controls, reporting, budgets, and client communications, while guiding local EY teams and handling escalations.10+ years of payroll coordination across APAC preferred; strong communication and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll coordination experience across APAC countries (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with payroll systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations lead on daily activities, project management, escalations, and payroll governance.
• Partner with global EY Internal Payroll teams to ensure timely, quality payroll delivery per contractual SLAs.
• Create and maintain process flows, control documentation, and procedures.
