The role involves collaborating with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to execute regional campaigns and drive growth across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development and account management across industries.
• Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of fiat payment networks and client relationships across industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key merchant accounts with tailored payment solutions.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and partnership terms.
• Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Plan and lead partner conventions and campaigns to boost brand presence.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams for onboarding and campaigns.
• Monitor account performance and deliver data-driven insights and reports.
• Track industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
