Coins.ph, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive user growth and merchant engagement for its core payments business. You will craft 360° campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and shape the brand's growth in a competitive local market.

Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Analytics to optimize campaigns, leverage insights, and translate market data into actions that increase adoption and transaction volume across Coins.ph's

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or partnership roles.
Proven track record of co-marketing campaigns with merchants and partners.
Deep understanding of digital payments landscape and SEA markets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute 360° marketing plans to drive user adoption and transactions.
Identify, onboard, and manage merchant, biller, and telco partnerships.
Design and implement high-impact co-marketing campaigns with merchants.
Leverage market insights to tailor best practices for the Philippines market.
Own end-to-end campaign management: budgeting, planning, creative, tracking, ROI.
Collaborate with Product, BD, and Analytics for alignment and execution.
