Coins is seeking an Account Management & Business Development professional in the Philippines to grow merchant accounts and drive transaction growth with tailored payment solutions. You will build relationships with C-level executives, negotiate terms, and lead regional campaigns in Cebu and Davao while coordinating with internal teams to onboard partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, performance reviews, and expansion beyond APAC as Coins scales its payments and fintech offerings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development and account management across industries.
• Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition.
• Good knowledge and relationships with fiat payment networks across industries.
• Mandarin Chinese language ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key merchant accounts by providing tailored payment solutions.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic merchants across Cebu and Davao.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs), commercial terms, and partnerships.
• Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and uncover opportunities.
• Plan and lead partner conventions, financial literacy sessions, and trade activations.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing to ensure onboarding and campaigns.
• Execute regional marketing and partnership initiatives to drive visibility and transaction volume.
• Support growth strategies to enhance Coins’ market position in payments and fintech.
• Monitor account performance and deliver actionable market insights for decisions.
• Track industry developments and customer needs to identify risks and opportunities.
