Job summary

Coins.ph in the Philippines seeks a Senior Account Manager for our International Remittance team. You will grow merchant relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Product/Tech/Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fintech account management, strong negotiation and data-analysis skills, and a passion for payments and crypto ecosystems. This is a frontline role with regional exposure across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development or account management in fintech/payments.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with merchants to drive volume and retention.
• Negotiate MDRs, terms, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech/Operations for onboarding and integration.
• Serve as main contact for merchant queries and escalations.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on payments/fintech trends and needs.
