Ubiquity in Taguig is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end U.S. payroll for employees across multiple states. You will ensure accurate, timely payments and maintain compliance, supported by Rippling and NetSuite.

You will lead audits, manage multi-state tax filings, and collaborate with People and Finance to improve processes while upholding confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience.
• Payroll for employees across multiple states and local jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local payroll taxes and compliance.
• Experience with Rippling and NetSuite or similar systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and audit skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end administration and review of U.S. payroll for employees across multiple states and 2 global employees.
• Handle independent contractor payments and approvals.
• Ensure each payroll is processed accurately, completely, and on schedule.
• Perform pre-payroll audits and reasonableness reviews to identify issues before payroll finalization.
• Complete post-payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in gross pay, net pay, taxes, and deductions.
• Manage off-cycle payrolls, manual payments, reversals, and payroll corrections when necessary.
• Maintain payroll calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
