Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits).
• Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Global payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global Payroll delivery across in-house and outsource countries.
• Manage ~17 countries and ~30 pay runs.
• Oversee payroll service delivery and compliance for ~75K payslips monthly.
• Lead Pre payroll, gross-to-net, and external vendor partners.
• Ensure data management, payroll controls, and regulatory compliance.
