Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; any major.
• 1–5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Proven US or UK payroll operations experience.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and lifecycle activities.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR systems, automation, and ticketing tools.
• Oracle and MS Office experience considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic, global environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for US or UK employees.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll data reconciliations.
• Review payroll reports and ensure data integrity.
• Process salary changes, promotions, and job changes.
• Prepare statutory reports and tax statements.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors on issues and updates.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
• Support payroll audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other global stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain process documentation and maps.
