Job summary

Colonial Group in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a senior payroll professional to manage global payroll processes, focusing on US payroll while supporting other locations as needed.

You will maintain payroll master data, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, prepare reports, and coordinate audits.

The role requires 5+ years in multinational payroll, handling 500+ employees with extensive end-to-end processing for 1,000+ employees across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of global payroll experience with multinational payroll including Philippines and the U.S.
• Experience as primary individual responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a company of at least 1,000 employees in multiple countries including the U.S. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for HR and Accounting in wage and salary administration, budgeting, and general ledger by maintaining payroll master data.
• Ensure consistent compliance to payroll processes around the globe while reducing costs and minimizing manual input.
• Oversee and guide payroll disputes and audits.
• Develops, documents, and coordinates implementation of control procedures.
• Produces reconciliations of payroll-related accounts and government reports.
• Responds to employee inquiries and employment verifications in a timely manner.
• Conducts payroll orientation for employees and leaders.
