Career Team seeks a senior Payroll Systems & Tax Manager based in the Philippines to lead US multi-state payroll and tax compliance. You will manage a PH payroll team, coordinate with US leadership, and ensure error-free payroll cycles.

This is a senior, people-first role requiring deep tax knowledge, ADP expertise, and the ability to operate across 10 PM–7 AM PHST time zones to align with US hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of US multi-state payroll experience.
• 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience building Philippines-based payroll teams.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PH payroll team and build a high-performance function.
• Oversee payroll lifecycle across 15+ US states.
• Manage multi-state tax compliance (SUTA/FUTA, FICA, W-2/W-3).
• Be SME for ADP Workforce Now and ensure system integrity.
• Handle tax registrations and filings.
• Respond to tax notices and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide executive reporting to C-suite.
• Drive process improvements for automation.
