eClerx Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Manager – US Payroll to lead end-to-end US payroll operations from Manila, blending hands-on oversight with strategic governance.

You will manage weekly to monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance with federal/state/local laws, and timely delivery across jurisdictions, while coaching a growing payroll team and partnering with HR, Finance, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive US payroll experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading in-house end-to-end US payroll operations.
• Strong experience supporting multi-state US payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US payroll operations across multiple cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly).
• Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing within SLAs and approvals.
• Oversee reconciliations, audits, and adjustments; year-end payroll and W-2 reporting.
• Provide governance on changes, off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and corrections.
