Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely US payroll for employees using Paylocity.
• Review timesheets, attendance records, wage changes, bonuses, commissions, and deductions prior to payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll is completed by established deadlines and policies.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Monitor payroll tax withholdings, filings, and reporting requirements.
• Stay current on changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports for management, finance, and auditing purposes.
• Reconcile payroll data, tax filings, deductions, and benefit contributions.
