Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Grow our merchant base by identifying and engaging online merchants that can benefit from Coins.ph's QR Ph-compliant payment solutions.
• Drive partnerships by conducting product demos and crafting proposals for merchants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, including negotiations and onboarding.
• Support onboarding and activation by coordinating with tech and compliance teams.
• Build strong relationships as the main point of contact for online merchants and drive transaction growth.
• Track results and insights, meeting and exceeding sales targets and providing market feedback.
